The Phuc Test, or as it is more formally known, the Bubble of Existence Test, is designed to measure whether an AI can affect time itself—whether it can, in essence, generate a quantum effect through its actions. This test is not just theoretical; it is something that can be measured, something that can be scientifically validated.
